RDS | Drop-In Recoil Dampening System

Recoil management systems for firearms have changed very little in over 100 years... simple spring systems that dampen all of the recoil and cycle a new round. While tried and true, we decided to adopt concepts seen in much larger applications but are many years older than the modern ar15 in which our RDS system is intended for. 
 
The RDS is a concept derived from the newton's cradle commonly seen as an example of kinetic to potential energy transfer. Basically, in premise, the middle "piston" absorbs huge amounts of energy carried by the bolt, which then transfers backwards into a secondary spring. 
 
This conducted energy transfer takes away any remaining recoil commonly seen in a modern ar15 platform and is designed to drop right into any common buffer tube.
